JOB TITLE : Senior Audit Manager, Global Markets & Global Treasury

SUMMARY:
The Senior Manager oversees all audit activity in Global Markets and Global Treasury (Capital Markets). Responsible for audits of GlobalMarkets and Global Treasury which would include auditing the business areas of: foreign exchange, equities, fixed income, derivatives, structured products, current management, research and trading. Develop and train the audit staff on going basis to ensure audit proficiency, technical development and regulatory knowledge. Responsible for staying abreast of technical, regulatory and investment industry rules and regulations and ensuring audit team is current regarding rules and regulations. Oversees multiple audit teams to ensure audits are performed in accordance with Division and IIA standards and meet Division deadlines. Manages several integrated audits and SOX 404 testing focused on key business and financial processes. Assists in the preparation of comprehensive risk-based, long-range program of audit coverage for an assigned area. Reviews audit reports to ensure clear communication of risks and core audit issues and present audits reports to senior management. Participates in system and business process development projects with strategic corporate significance; provides input on operational and technological risk issues. Assists in the Development and maintenance of partnerships with senior executives within client groups to effectively achieve business results and manage complex audit activities. 10 plus years of Financial Services experience and clearly demonstrates proficiency in performing and managing multiple assignments simultaneously. Financial Service industry experience, knowledge: Global Treasury, Asset Management, Mutual Funds, Institutional Investment, Private Wealth Management, Custody, Global Securities Services, Foreign Exchange, Securities Lending, Investment Manager, Solutions, Capital Markets, Corporate, Trading, Derivatives and Compliance. Audit experience in either Public Accounting or Internal Audit. Professional audit certifications preferred, CPA, CIA is a plus. BS degree required.
SALARY: $120,000 - $170,000
